Here are photos from my first pasta-making experience! I omitted the picture when my flour volcano erupted egg all over my table. But it worked out pretty well. I made a spinach, pinenut, and garlic pasta today that was quite yummy. Making pasta is kind of fun, but it is a little time-consuming. It’s better for the weekends, much like hammocks (as Andrea found out first hand). I got the pasta maker with a gift card from Andrea’s parents (they stayed at my place after all..) I also got a salt ‘pig’, shown on the left. I can’t figure out why it’s called a pig, but I love it.
