I’ll probably be working in Chicago the next couple years, with a bit of a pay raise–why not blow it all at Alinea!  This restaurant has some of the most gorgeous…scientific…inventive…food that apparently tastes pretty amazing too.  I’ve always wondered how much work goes into a particular dish like this–well, leave it to chow to illustrate the process of one of Alinea’s menu items–check it out.
