This handsome custard was a new take on one of my old faves: this is a baked bay-leaf custard using goats milk since Andrea’s kind of lactose intolerant.  We had it it with raspberries.  The picture came out so nice that I left it big this time (click on picture for full size).

Only 9 days until the defense…I guess I’m not really worried, but still–yikes!
