  • roasted pumpkin risotto with sage and parmesean
  • asian pear and apple slaw with pomegranate and walnuts
  • a big ‘ole polish cooked in marsala and apple juice with caramelized onions

(…and I’m stuffed, but I still have room for some pumpkin seeds later)
